I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004 and proceeded to work in outpatient orthopedics for over 10 years in a variety of settings ranging from private practice to a very exciting job as the physical therapist for Lion King on Broadway! Taking care of others has always been an important fabric of my being, allowing me to connect deeply with them. Let's talk all things health and wellness!

As a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki II Certified Practitioner, I offer both in-person sessions to clients in the DFW area or virtual sessions to those who need support at a distance. Reiki has a vast array of benefits including promoting healing, inner peace, wellness, aligning chakras, moving energy, relaxation, supporting grief, emotional health and so much more. Over 10 years ago I created a business that merged my determination to keep my kids safe in the car as well as my knowledge of injury prevention and safety. I became a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician in 2016 and opened My Car Seat Install to service clients in the Dallas area. I offer a concierge service that educates parents and caregivers in proper child harnessing and car seat installation in their vehicles. Why just wing it when there is someone who can break it all down for you?

I have been working with Occupational Therapist Dr. Brooke Weinstein as a Certified Thrive Coach for 5 years. Whether you want to work with me in a group setting or one-on-one, we will dive deep into your nervous system and talk all things sensory regulation. What makes you tick? What sets you off?
