A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004 and proceeded to work in outpatient orthopedics for over 10 years in a variety of settings ranging from private practice to a very exciting job as the physical therapist for Lion King on Broadway! Taking care of others has always been an important fabric of my being, allowing me to connect deeply with them. Let's talk all things health and wellness!

My husband and I have 3 amazing boys, but my transition into motherhood wasn't as smooth as I thought it was going to be. From a home birth journey that required adaption, to latching and nursing hurdles, from postpartum physical changes, to the self-doubt and "am I doing this right" questioning, becoming the mother I dreamt of being didn't happen overnight. But the beauty of sharing our journeys is so that we don't feel alone. Let's talk about all things birth and motherhood!

About 8 years ago I created a business that merged my determination to keep my kids safe in the car as well as my knowledge of injury prevention and safety. I became a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and opened My Car Seat Install to service clients in the Dallas area. I offer a concierge service that educates parents and caregivers in proper child harnessing and car seat installation in their vehicles. Why just wing it when there is someone who can break it all down for you?

I have been working with Occupational Therapist Dr. Brooke Weinstein as a Certified Thrive Coach for 3 years. Whether you want to work with me in a group setting or one-on-one, we will dive deep into your nervous system and talk all things sensory regulation. What makes you tick? What sets you off?
